There are tons more features and new apps that you can find here. Some of these features are not available on all Apple devices, so please check to make sure the feature will work with your version of the device.
There have also been a few problems seen by Apple users as well with the new iOS 8 update. A few of the issues are or were: battery drainage, slow Wi-Fi, Cellular issues with no service, and caused widespread Bluetooth connectivity issues with cars. The new Touch ID feature for IPhone 6 and 6 Plus users has also been having issues, which has locked some users out of their phones. The update also erased iCloud data for some users. Apple has since corrected most of these issues with new versions of the update: iOS 8.0.1 and 8.0.2. Make sure you stay informed with the current versions of the iOS updates to see if you should install the update on your Apple device or not.
