Maintenance Alert and Update on Freezing Video
Maintenance Alert: Starting at 12:01 AM on Thursday July 9th, Pinpoint will be replacing a card in our core router in Cambridge. The maintenance will last approximately 1 hour. During this maintenance Internet service will be down for McCook, Cambridge, Bartley and Indianola and Phone service will be down for Gothenburg Cambridge, Bartley and McCook LTE customers. Freezing Video Update: Pinpoint is aware that IPTV customers have been experiencing video freezing around 10 pm every night. We are working to resolve this with our video partner as quickly as possible. In the mean time and in order to minimize downtime, Pinpoint has assigned an employee to monitor the network 24/7 and to reset the router as soon as the freezing occurs, limiting the outage to 7-10 minutes instead of hours. We ask for your patience as we resolve this issue.
