New Support Page Launched
Effective communication is a big piece of a successful business. At Pinpoint, we feel that our business is built on a partnership between the businesses and residents we serve and the entire Pinpoint team. Although we always try and keep our communication lines open with our customers, we also recognize that it may not be convenient for everyone to either call in or stop by one of our offices. To help reach our goal of complete communication with you, we have launched a new support panel on our pnptgfiber.com and pnpt.com websites.
The main aspect of the support panel is the support form. Whenever you are having an issue with your service, all you have to do is fill out the form and someone from Pinpoint will contact you as quickly as possible. We feel this form will give you the opportunity to connect with us at a time and place that is most convenient for you.
If not already up at the time of this post, we will also be publishing the TV and DVR feature guide to each of the websites as well. Although you received a booklet at the time of install we know it can be hard to remember where it was placed. These instructions will be available to view at any time and can be downloaded and saved to your computer. We will also begin putting up frequently asked questions that should help provide some guidance to some of the more common troubleshooting steps.
Pinpoint also wants to let you know that we are also going to be rolling out more proactive communication when widespread issues are affecting the network or if a known maintenance procedure will be affecting service. When these issues occur, we will be sending out a mass email detailing the problem and letting you know the steps we are taking to address the issue. In addition to these emails, we will post this information on our websites, our Facebook pages, and on Channel 7. We are also exploring ways to send out text messages if there is ever a case when the Internet is completely out.
Finally, we want to encourage everyone to continue to alert us when you are having issue with any Pinpoint service. Although we do our best to monitor all of our networks and systems, sometimes certain problems can be hard to detect. Even if you think the issue is only affecting you, we want to hear from you so we can get you a solution as quickly as possible. We would encourage you to use new support form on the website but we still welcome calls to 697-3375 or you stopping by our office at 611 Patterson St. with any concerns.
